BMDH Expansion Stage 1 

BMDH Arts and Cultural Program began in 2012 with the development of an Arts and Cultural Plan. HARC team working on the plan’s development included local residents that were trained to assist in the action research.

HARC’s planning team were: Marily Cintra, Malcolm Cooke, Martha Fernandez, Louise McKenzie, Stephany Bayly, Robyn Caughlan, Gisele Kerbage, Malathy Uthayachadran, Quoc Tran Duong, Rabia Azizi, Shalini Rajesh and Sonal Chatrath.

HARC is has implemented the plan which includes a comprehensive program aiming at creating connections between the local communities.
